Sale of Services These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site. The following services are available on our Site: * Aura Photography and Readings. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. Al information description, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.If we cancel your order and have already
processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree tat it is your responsibility to monitor your
payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to
use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Refunds
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
Cancellations
Last minute cancellations, and same day cancellations can be rescheduled with a $15 fee.
We can only wait for no longer then 10-15 minutes for a client. In case of a no show, please know that your booking will be automatically cancelled. You will only be able to re schedule with a $15 no show fee.
Cancellations are accepted without fee if there is 24 hour notice.
Please understand we are high demand, when you take a booking you are taking a spot of someone else, it affects us and our schedule when you cancel last minute.

Events
Cancellations
Please ensure there is a designated area for the placement of the camera and accompanying equipment, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. Adequate communication must be established well in advance of your event to ensure seamless execution. It is incumbent upon you to diligently manage email correspondence pertinent to your event. If there is a cancellation due to not having an adequate space and safe location for the camera and the equipment, there will be no refund for this.

If you are unable to attend please let us know and we are happy to reschedule your appointment for another date and time.
Gift Vouchers
Please be aware that our prices have changed since 2022 due to the increased costs of certain items. If you possess a gift voucher with our previous prices, you will be required to pay the difference based on the service you wish to book.
